From personal experience, this is how markets go: Bring a good amount of stock in a range of prices (small to big) • Set up beautiful display • Big items catch their eye and bring them over • They connect with you • They realize the price • They either 1 want it anyway or 2 decide to support by buying something smaller • Offering inexpensive items is an amazing way to be remembered and have them bring your tags home! So don't stress about the sale either way just make more little things, don't forget those tags & to make the connection! It's said the best way to remember something is to think of it 3 times: seeing your booth, your intro & your tag should be enough! • Another important tip for markets is: do not stay seated. No one wants to talk down to you, you will 100% make more sales if you meet them at their level, engage in a human interaction, have the conversation, and look like you are enjoying what you do! • Answer the questions, wear the smile, wish them a good time (even if they wouldn't purchase a product) because we all go to the event just trying our best to have a good day. Regardless if we are selling or attending. Who knows they may come back around for you before they leave ❤️ • The truth of the matter is YOU sell and the connection matters.
