ALL OUT ON SUNDAY! Rally at the world’s largest mining convention to confront PDAC’s violent and destructive plan for our future, and instead imagine the future beyond mining that our communities want and urgently need.

As mining companies (and the governments that support them) gather in Toronto to make deals, promote their projects and give themselves fancy awards, we will rally outside their convention and hear from an incredible lineup of speakers, including speakers from:
-Congo Accountability Network
-Sudan Solidarity Collective
-Neskantaga First Nation
-Anakbayan
-Wet’suwet’en First Nation
-World Beyond War
-And cultural offerings from Toronto Indigenous Harm Reduction

Access info:
😷 Masking strongly encouraged (we will provide masks!)
🧏🏽 ASL interpretation will be available for the duration of the rally.
🧃Snacks, water and hand warmers available
🦺 Marshalls will be there to support the crowd and ensure accessibility

The mining industry and the governments that support and enable it are again using PDAC to advance their message that mining is the future. But we know that their future is more war, more climate change, more pollution, more violence against communities and land defenders, more colonization of Indigenous land, more corporate greed, more inequality and more of the violent colonial systems that define this industry.

Join us to imagine and call for a future outside of extractivist thinking. A future of Indigenous sovereignty. A future of real bold solutions to climate change. A future with no billionaires. A future of abolishing police, prisons and borders. A future imagined and built by and for communities. Land back. Defend land defenders. No war. More info: mininginjustice.org/pdac2026
