I’ve worked remotely in some capacity since 2017, during which I rediscovered the value of . I’d like to say I was pulled by but it was the diminishing returns I got working nights and weekends to meet self imposed familial obligations while founding and launching a talent start-up that drove this evolution. Within structure I discovered and a deep well of presence. Over time through , self-awareness, , and I’ve identified the patterns that have become my routines.
