Thank you so much for an Epic 2019! I am grateful to all the beautiful souls that follow me here and on my other platforms. This has been a tremendous year for me filled with enlightenment, self development, celebration, expansion and growth. I know we are all on our own journey for more self love and are doing the best we can each day! Keep soaring! As you look back on 2019, I hope you see yourself filled with even more love, healing and movement to freedom and your true authentic self. 💫

I am a person that takes time everyday for meditation or yoga and self reflection. As much as I love being an extrovert, I love my alone time too and have decided December will be a digital detox month for me. I know we can all use a break from the constant stimulation of social media etc. I hope you can honour my decision as I will post less than once a week until the New Year. You are beautiful, be yourself and I love you! 💖
