This year, the start of Roots, Rants and Roars falls on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year and the start of the High Holidays.

This year we will celebrate the spirit of Canada’s most eastern province with fabulous food and extraordinary music and think about all the people who make Newfoundland their home. The traditions and flavours they bring with them only add to the experience Newfoundland and Newfoundlander offer.

Zane's charismatic presence on Food Network & Food Network Canada shows like "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," "You Gotta Eat Here," and "Donut Showdown." And let's not forget Zane is the King of Delis, his amazing Caplansky's Deli restaurant is a must stop when traveling through Pearson.
