Started the day with a walk down to Mullet Bay and settled in cabana style at Kalatua Beach Restaurant for the day. The weather was absolutely perfect. A great balance of sun and shade with warm clear water that kept us in the ocean from morning right through to sunset.

It was one of those easy island days that just flows. Swim, relax, repeat. Good conversation, great views and that calm Caribbean energy all day long.

We wrapped it up back near home with dinner and pizza by the water at Sapphire Beach Club Resort, St. Maarten restaurant. Simple, beautiful and exactly how a Sint Maarten day should end.

On a cold, stormy winter night in Sauble Beach, we stepped into warmth, candlelight, and an unforgettable dining experience.

Gigi’s Italian has launched a new Dining Series, and A Night in India was the first chapter. Elevated flavours, thoughtful cooking, and genuine hospitality came together to create a meal that felt both comforting and refined, exactly the kind of experience you hope for on a winter evening.
