Med Spa Kristals

We're looking for a friendly and energetic customer service associate for our cosmetic spa and store at Burlington Centre. Prior experience in customer service and/or cosmetics if preferred. Training will be provided.

Kristals is a high-end international skincare brand, and our stores offer both professional consultations and advanced facial treatments. The work atmosphere is professional but relaxed, with a focus on providing expert service.

Your duties would include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, taking down information and updating CRM database, showing clients to and from treatment rooms, and keeping the reception and work areas clean and organized, as well as assisting our in-house aesthetician.
