National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) is celebrated annually during the first week of February to recognize the remarkable achievements of female athletes, appreciate the impact of sports participation for women and girls, and acknowledge the progress made towards gender equality in sports.

I couldn’t be prouder of my competitive athlete and the commitment, perseverance and grit she demonstrates daily!
