GENERAL LABOUR/MACHINE OPERATOR

📍Mississauga
🗓𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮
⏰11:00PM to 7:00AM (Midnight Shift)
💰 $17.60/hour

Key responsibilities:

**Perform repetitive tasks.
**Be able to stand on the production line for the whole shift of 7.5hrs
**Be able to lift boxes of approximately 22 – 24 Lbs.
**Use production sheet to ensure what task is needed for that day.
**Operate various equipment including loading & changing of own coil after sufficient training.
**Complies with all Safety Regulations; always maintains a safe and clean work environment.
**Always follows GMP policy.
**Complete production forms in English.
**Other duties as required.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
* Previous experience in a printing, packaging, or manufacturing environment preferred.
* Experience operating or assisting with industrial machines is an advantage.
𝐏𝐇𝐘𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* Standing for long periods.
* Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced production environment.
𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
* Ability to assist press operators with setup, operation, and cleanup of printing presses.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Good understanding of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a clean work area.
* Able to lift, move, and stack materials (often 40–50 lbs).
* Attention to detail for checking quality of printed materials and identifying defects.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
