This skill allows the player to generate massive racquet head speed with as little effort as possible, assists in creating top-spin, promotes good elasticity in the arm-swing motion and increases the flexibility in the wrist!

Your serve will dictate your point play. Being able to place in your serve strategically gives you the opportunity initiate moving your opponent. Here, Coach O'Brian works on his 2nd Serve placement using cones for the wide serve & up the middle T.
