Getting outside, especially with my kids, is one of my favorite ways to spend my "downtime". My kids asked me how I'm hiking in birkenstocks with no socks 🤔
Besides getting that dopamine rush from the cold, I like the grit of dirt and twigs under my feet. I took my shoes off to pray barefoot on the ground, connecting with the earth for even greater healing.
I had a sense of calm for the next 48 hours that I havent experienced in a while. We are electric beings and grounding yourself with the earth is not a maybe, its a must. Try it and let me know how you feel 🌱🙏🏽
