I had the pleasure to work with , a celebrity chef, at a shoot recently. He was super friendly and approachable.

Of course, Mark showcased his superb cooking skills right in front of eyes. To top that, I had the honour to taste his creation. 🤩

The medium-rare (Mark’s recommended ways to cook) steak was so perfect and the caviar was smooth. I never had so much caviar in my life in one meal! 😋😋

I remember when I was a kid, my dad will always tune into this Cantonese radio channel while I sat in his car.

This year, I had the pleasure to work with .ocean .music to produce the music video for their 25th anniversary concert, a song written by .

It was definitely a big challenge to manage so many DJs on set or juggle to keep everyone on schedule. Of course with .ocean being a great director and producer, we managed to finish the shoot 1.5 hours early.

A simple and quick interview-style greeting tailored for the Chinese community filmed with the Sony FX6 that I had the pleasure to work on recently with

The biggest challenge with this shoot is to balance the window light with the TV brightness - avoid flickering - and light the subject as soft as possible without creating reflection in the TV.
