Summer Solstice is a powerful threshold and a time of fullness, light, growth, nourishment, and possibility.

As we approach the longest day of the year, Summer Solstice invites us to pause and reflect on what is emerging from the seeds planted earlier in the year and what nourishment is needed to support the next stage of growth.

What dreams are beginning to unfold?
Where is our energy being called at this time?
How can we support ourselves and one another in the midst of the intensity and rapid change in our world?

On June 20, IAC member Deborah Brodey will be holding a Summer Solstice Ceremony in Toronto at WonderLit Studio. Come and gather in community for an afternoon of movement, mantra, reflection, sound, ceremony and connection as we honour this sacred turning of the seasons.
