The best music game ever! To play, students pull a card from a box and clap the rhythm; if correct, they keep the card, and if not, they return it to the box. If they draw a Kaboom card, they put all their cards back and start over. It's a game that can continue indefinitely, and I also use it as an informal assessment tool.

Hey everyone! Keeping a steady rhythm can be a challenging task to achieve for beginner players. Simply turning the metronome on is a good first step but might not be all that helpful. If you're a visual learner, like me, it helps to 'see' the rhythm along with hearing the beat of the metronome. So follow Buddy Blue, the rhythm ball, through 15 songs/exercises that will help strengthen your rhythm.
