ZEAL quantum is back with an Art Workshop event!
Art has been proven to promote creativity and neural connections so if you ever feel that you need that creative kick, Zeal encourages you to get a paper and pencil and draw!
In this workshop we will learn how to hold and use soft pastels and mix colours using them. We can’t wait to see you all soon!

Katherine is currently pursuing her Ph.D. In Psychology at York University.

Here is what Katherine said about being a first generation student who got heavily involved in academia!

“I'm a cognitive neuroscientist working to develop interventions that will improve memory in aging. As a first-generation student in my undergrad, I never would have believed that I would one day be pursuing a PhD and using cutting-edge technology such as fMRI, brain stimulation, and genetic analysis. I look forward to sharing my experiences and tips with other first-generation students.”
