Kung Fu Tea (Steeles) - Had the pleasure of stopping by to do the final review for our clients at steeles. Of course their milk tea hit the spot! For this project we designed the floor plan, plumbing, sprinkler layout and HVAC systems. We also submitted the package and helped obtain the building permit.

Moch Doh - Finally had the pleasure of trying the delicious Mochi Donuts from ! We helped their baking operation by designing the kitchen exhaust system, HVAC, plumbing and applying for their permits.
