We are currently holding online Heart Circles on Sundays, from 10:30am to 12:30 pm EST. We would like to add two more people. This is a FREE service.

In these circles we connect, express and release our emotions through sound and body movement. In these Covid times it’s so important to be connected in an authentic and heartfelt way. To be seen and heard. To not feel alone.
Everything is accepted in our circle. Your joy and your grief. And everything in between.
