I am honoured to announce that my book "FLAUNT" has found its publishing home with Rock's Mills Press with an official release in Fall 2023 β€οΈ.
The purpose of this book is to help you to shake off your insecurities, quiet your fears, and bring you back to the full, powerful, strong, smart YOU! Remember, you already have all that you need to be the best version of yourself.
FLAUNT aims to remove shame from flaunting, and redefine it as radiating confidence.

We're device-free for a bit when we wake up now, so what can we do? Now is the perfect time to let your brain's juices flow.
- Are you creative? Draw. π
- Like to write? Journal. π
- Need to stretch? Do some yoga. π€
My favourite thing to do is to set intentions for my day and get my mind ready for a flaunt-worthy day. We did a post a while back on affirmations and we're sharing it again now to remind you that now is an ideal time of day to feed yourself some positive self-talk.

If you've read our last post, you're likely wondering about this dog of mine, waiting so patiently for her turn in my routine. Well - here it is, Daisy! A morning walk. ππΌ
Ok, I'll admit, getting outside every single day rain or shine is not quite as inspiring for those who don't have a dog, but keep in mind that the benefits of doing so are very compelling.
A regular morning walk can help prevent many health problems concerning your heart, joints, and mental health. As a bonus, walking regularly also helps your skin glow (don't forget your sunscreen). π
