What did you gain, this week?
Taking stock from your week:
1. Pause, be present for a moment.
2. Ask yourself, what did I create that contributed to me, my body, my life and / or my work?
3. what is the first thing that comes to mind? Don't dismiss it, don't edit it, own it.
4. Ask yourself, even if I don't know how this contributed to me, would I be willing to receive the energy, space and possibility, it has created for me?
