It really is chocolate! Made with just 3 ingredients; cocoa butter, milk and sugar, this delicious treat qualifies as white chocolate 😋

Just spent a great evening with a group of people who wanted to discover some delicious wines at a great value and have a fun in the process.
And we did have fun!

This is SO deceiving!!

Did you know you can’t make a milk chocolate bar by simply pouring liquid milk into melted chocolate?

The water in the milk doesn’t blend with the cocoa butter in the chocolate.

Daniel Peter and Henri Nestle figured that out in 1876 when they created the world’s first milk chocolate bar 🍫
