This is what happens when modern design meets organic warmth.
We designed and built this house for a family of 4 which we started collaborating with from the layout development stage to build them a house that reflected their lifestyle.
Quiet luxury was our focus in design here. We wanted the house to feel warm and inviting with an organic feel to it.
We incorporated the key elements of French country style, to blend the organic softness of a country side home with timeless classic elegance.
We were being mindful of the flow and maximizing functionality in every square inch of the space.

Rooted in a strong connection to their neighbourhood and the home they had built their lives in, this project was driven by the need for more space and improved functionality for this family of four
The vision was to expand and transform the home in a way that felt intentional and seamless - enhancing the layout while preserving the character that made it feel familiar. By reworking the flow and integrating thoughtful, built-in storage throughout, each space was designed to support the rhythm of modern family living
Before the transformation, the layout felt disconnected and restrictive - the peninsula disrupted the flow, there was no dedicated dining area, and the kitchen lacked both space and functionality
Every square foot was carefully considered, with a custom addition that blends effortlessly into the existing structure. The result is a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal - where functionality meets refined design
Through thoughtful layout planning, the space has been completely reimagined to feel open, cohesive, and intuitive. It now flows seamlessly, with enhanced storage and a level of functionality that supports everyday living with ease
Soft, layered tones, natural light, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere define the space, creating a timeless environment that feels organized, warm, and truly lived in - a perfect reflection of their comfort zone
