Eating poorly is like buying everything on credit...easy and convenient but ONE DAY you will pay for it.
Today I finished a 100 day fitness program! I should be ecstatic!!! I’m sort of...
I am PROUD that I finished all of the workouts but I am disappointed in my eating.
I could use the excuses...I had no time, I’m a single mom, I’m exhausted, River is my priority and on and on and on.
NO! I got LAZY!!!! I did not put in the effort taking care of me and I’ve felt it!!!
My mood, my skin, my energy, my body...have all suffered.
Starting today though I’m back to making me a PRIORITY and that starts with eating right!
Instead of my Chicago Mix popcorn, I’ll indulge in these tasty Maple Roasted Chick Peas 🤤.
It will take effort. It will be work. But my overall well-being is WORTH IT 💖

When my niece texts me and says she wants to sleep over, u betcha I am tickled pink!

In the morning, River and I went to go wake up the sleepy head and she proceeded to try to get him to go back to bed with her...he wasn’t interested 😂.
