I try to be a morning run person. π€·ββοΈπ³ I really do.
BUT...for the past 12 years NOTHING fills my cup more than a run as the sun is setting. π β₯οΈ
Tonight was my first run back after my concussion a few months ago. Felt like it had been 3 years not 3 months. It was tough, sweaty and slow but it was lovely. π’π¨ β₯οΈ
