Today we have the honour of introducing Brittany Topilko. 😊️Brittany is the heart of Spring road farms (www.springroadfarms.com), where they are currently located in Sturgeon county. Brittany and her husband are expanding their farm from just 7 acres to 34! Brittany is the sole income of their small family while her husband takes on the big project of building their home in Water Valley.

Brittany describes her life as a small family with big dreams, and taking it upon themselves to shift to a simpler, more meaningful life. Her husband lost his corporate job of 12 years in 2020 which sparked a shift in their priorities, and she goes on to say it's been the best thing that could have ever happened to them. Their family is downsizing, and laying down some roots in the forest of grizzly country, where they are creating a livable spot where we can thrive with animals and gardens. Spring Road Farms is a small business, but has a lot to offer. Brittany says the reason she loves rual is because she loves living simply - growing and raising their own food and putting their whole hearts in the operation. “It brings us so much joy to provide our family and friends with food that was grown and raised with love.” She's truly a rural woman at heart, creating a business from the ground up, all the while raising and taking care of her family.
