Big shout out to Phoenix Electrical for coming out on short notice and keeping our project on schedule! The Stronor team was at a standstill until Austin and the Prez himself came to bail us out. The second photo shows a wire that they uncovered in the attic that had been badly chewed by mice. Sometimes renovations are a great way to uncover hazards that are hiding behind walls. If you arnt ready for a renovation, this is also something that .inspections would have uncovered.

We recently had a client encounter this less than a year after having their master bathroom totally renovated. Although this is not a service we provide, going forward we will be recommending to all of our clients to have their water softeners serviced if the age is unknown or greater than 10 years.
