Smiley eight-year-old Fletcher has faced more challenges in his young life than most have in their whole life. Born full-term with his twin sister, early signs like low muscle tone, feeding struggles and constant vomiting led to a diagnosis of quadriplegic cerebral palsy, dystonia, and later, epilepsy. He’s had multiple stays and surgeries at Jim Pattison Children's Hospital and relies on a GJ feeding tube today. From emergency visits to life-saving interventions, the exceptional care from JPCH’s dedicated staff has been a lifeline for Fletcher and his family.
