Not all nutrition content is created equal—and some of it can actively harm your relationship with food and your body.
Here’s what I pay attention to when deciding what stays on my feed:
– Is this rooted in evidence or fear?
– Does this promote rigidity or flexibility?
– Do I feel informed… or judged?
Nutrition should support your life—not control it.
If your feed is increasing guilt, anxiety, or confusion around food, it might be time to reassess who you’re following.
