Expected the usual foundation, but ended up getting a little surprise. No footing and a complete mess of a wall!

This customer had a cinderblock foundation with cracked and moved blocks. Water leaking from blocks and footing cold joint. We remedied the project with:

All 4 walls being excavated
Cleaning of wall and footing
Repair comprised mortar joints
Cinderblock replacement
Xypex concentrate, Xypex plug and patch interior and exterior walls
Sump pit
Rolling on adhesive for wp200 peel and stick
Placed peel and stick
Dimple board
Weeping tile
Window uprights
Window wells
Backfill
Grading
Top soil
Grass seed

Took a day off from waterproofing And headed out to Thode, Blackstrap drilling and pouring piles☀️☁️
