It’s Wellness Wednesday! Someone posted this the other day (sorry I don’t remember who!). It resonated so much with me. Especially now. Is your fear protecting you? Or is it preventing you from living your life? We absolutely have the choice to stop our fear from taking over. What we do every single day is what matters. Are we moving towards fear-based thoughts and information? Or are we moving towards positive and hopeful thoughts and actions? We can choose which path we want to walk down. It may be a long path for some or a short path for others. Regardless, the hope and positivity path is the path to better mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. It’s not naive, it’s the wisest thing you can do for yourself 🤓

How tired are you these days? Feeling tired and fatigued is your body telling you it needs rest. True rest is not just sleep and down time, it is also taking rest in the mind and heart. Clearing out all that isn’t serving you…the “noise” of life like media, gossip, toxic relationships, mindless scrolling on socials, negative self-talk. Reset snd refresh with true REST for the body mind and soul - my favorite way to do this is in nature with no cell phone for a day ☀️🛶🌲
