A Tuna

A TUNA – free swimming lessons for the community:

We will be opening 2 class levels for the Vietnamese community, with "A TUNA" coaches: novice / advanced beginner. Each class has 5 students.

1. Vision: to spread the joy of swimming to others.

2. Candidates:
Novice: children aged 6 and up who are new to swimming. We will teach fundamentals such as floats, glides, and kicks. Along with arms motions and breathing in front/back crawl.

Advanced Beginner: For those who can swim at least 25-50m and perform the above fundamentals. We will work on mastering the full strokes of back/front crawl and breaststroke.

3. Plan:
• Every Saturday from 2-4pm at Shaw Center.
• Each class has 5 students.
• The classes will take place during public swimming.
• Students are welcome to use the water slide and hot tubs at the end of the lesson.

​Cùng với 5 coach của “A TUNA”, chúng tôi mở 02 lớp bơi: vỡ lòng / cơ bản miễn phí cho cộng đồng Việt. Mỗi lớp 05 học sinh.

1. Mục tiêu: Mong muốn chia sẻ tình yêu bơi lội cùng mọi người.

2. Đối tượng :
Lớp vỡ lòng: Là những người chưa hoặc mới biết bơi, từ 6 tuổi trở lên.
Lớp cơ bản: Là những người đã biết bơi tối thiểu 50m liên tục.

3. Thời gian:

•​Thứ 7 hàng tuần tại bể Shaw Center 2-4pm.

•​Số học sinh 5 người / lớp.

•​Sự kiện sẽ diễn ra trong giờ bơi public / lane swimming

•​Kết thúc mỗi buổi học, học viên có thể chơi cầu trượt, vào hot tubs.
