C-Pac is a family owned and operated business based in Richmond, BC. We have been in the paper business since 1983, but paper isn’t the only thing we do. Over the years we’ve diversified our portfolio to include computer accessories and created EcoChit, a sustainable brand of receipt paper. We work with some amazing organizations in the entertainment, hospitality, and retail sectors.

We are seeking a Full-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Full-cycle accounting (reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing, etc)
- AP management (entering/matches invoices, issuing payments, etc)
- AR management (sending invoices, collection, etc)
- Cash flow management (deposits, forecasting, etc)
- Budget preparation
- GST/PST filings
- Customer Service (entering orders, booking delivery appointments, creating invoices, payment processing, etc)
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

What You Bring
- 5+ years bookkeeping/admin experience
- 1+ years customer-facing experience
- CPB (Chartered Professional Bookkeeper) designation is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a strong asset
- Proficient with Google Workspace apps (especially Sheets)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is an asset
- Strong analytical and attention to detail mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
