As a historic and legendary paving company with deep roots in British Columbia and the Prince George community, we are excited to announce we are now locally owned, once again, in PRINCE GEORGE.

For generations, Columbia Bitulithic has helped build the roads and infrastructure that connect communities across our province. This acquisition marks a major milestone, as it represents the first time in the company’s history that Columbia Bitulithic Ltd. will be locally owned and operated in Prince George.

Over the years, we’ve watched many locally built Northern B.C. businesses become owned by large multinational corporations headquartered outside of Canada. This acquisition represents something different — a significant shift back toward local ownership, local investment, and local decision-making.

Northern B.C. should be built by people who live here, work here, and care deeply about the future of our communities. Profits staying in the North means more reinvestment into local people, local jobs, local equipment, and local growth.
