Wozney Developments is looking for an experienced dump truck driver in Prince George.

✔ Class 1 or Class 3 licence required
✔ Standard transmission experience required
✔ Operating a dump truck (no pup)
✔ Flexible scheduling based on your availability
✔ Part-time/casual work to start, with potential for more hours as work grows

It would be considered an asset if the applicant has interest/experience in equipment operating on a skidsteer, mini excavator, or full size excavator.

Pay is $35/hour. Immediate start date preferred.

We’ve been quiet on the social media front lately, but life behind the scenes hasn’t slowed down 💨

After 140 hours of required training through 3M Ventures, Kyle earned his Class 1 in December 👏

Winter was spent doing two one-month stints up in Peace River, AB. Getting back into industrial electrical and staying busy.

In between all this, we made a quick road trip to Smithers to add something new to the Wozney Developments fleet… a dump truck!!

Kyle’s now back in Peace River for one last stint, while he *not so patiently* waits for road bans to come off 😆

Big upgrades like our new adult salmon holding rounds don’t come together without an incredible group of people stepping up — and we want to take a moment to recognize those who made this work possible.

A huge thank you to Michael, Jeff, and Corey from Northern Concrete Cutting Ltd. for donating 100% of their time and expertise to cut the concrete needed for plumbing installation in multiple places.

A sincere thank you to Kyle Wozney from Wozney Developments Ltd. for donating 50% of his invoice to build a sturdy, long-lasting platform to support the rounds.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Lee, Isaac, and Zack B. from Canuck Mechanical Ltd. for coming in on extremely short notice and providing their services at a discounted rate to get the system up and running when timing was critical.

Thank you as well to Superior Fencing for quickly installing a safe and secure enclosure around the rounds, delivering quality work at a great rate and on a tight timeline.

And finally, thank you to Northern Highway Crane and Transport for safely delivering the rounds to SCWA and helping make this upgrade a reality.

This project is a powerful example of what local collaboration looks like — skilled trades, local businesses, and community members coming together to support salmon conservation. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone involved.

The folks that normally take care of the Hart Highlands Winter Club (Hart Ski Hill) parking lot were unable to get to it, and after a heavy snow fall it needed to be cleared.

We were happy to help & get out there in time for opening day!

Last call for culvert installs or replacements before the ground freezes! ❄️

If you’ve been putting it off, now’s the time! Wozney Developments has a few spots available for those final projects in the Prince George area.

During a home inspection before purchase, moisture was discovered in the client’s basement.

The solution? Blue skinning the foundation and installing proper drain tile. Wozney Developments was brought in to handle the excavation, backfill, and landscaping with Giscome green rock.

Once again, the mini excavator proved that big work can be done in tight spaces!

After digging under the driveway to give the plumber access to a broken waterline, we came back with our skidsteer to spread gravel and give the driveway some TLC 🤩

This project included bringing the electrical in their well head up to code, adding new lights to their gear storage area, replacing the photo eye on their front sign, and even cleaning out the culverts.

It’s always a good day when we get to combine our electrical and earthworks expertise!

After a water line break left residents without water for 9 days, we worked with ND Plumbing to get the water flowing again 💦
