That's a wrap! I wish I took more pictures! What a night, thanks everybody who came out and thank you to all the volunteers who made this possible. We fed close to 200 people and managed to raise just shy of $15000! So grateful for everyone who attended and for the many hands that helped lift this event off the ground! So much generosity and love floating around the room. What a thing to witness and be a part of!
Extra big Thanks to The Evangel Pentocostal Church for all the help and for the venue. It would never had been possible without you guys.
Big thanks to Pastor Markus, Rob Fitzpatrick, Lola Amundsen, John Boutilier, and Cece Macdonald fur helping plan the event.

Hello!!
Thank you everybody once again for your continued support and interest in SimpleChef. The Friday supper club is experiencing some steady, healthy growth thanks to all of you, and its been a lot of fun getting this project growing! I couldn’t have done it with out you all.

For this week, Friday December 3rd, I am taking inspiration from a few friends of mine celebrating their 1 year anniversary of sober living. Congratulations to Mariano R. and Orlando. Keep up the good work guys!
This weeks offerings are as follows:
THE ORLANDO: 4 oz, AAA Beef Tenderloin, grilled and served on a fresh baked bun, topped with demi-glazed red onions, crimini mushrooms, rosemary horseradish aioli, and melted Dutch Gouda. Comes with fries.

RAPOSO STEW: Seafood stew made with house made, Portuguese style fish broth (tomato base) spiked with star anise, saffron and toasted cumin. This rich flavorful broth will be brought to you with perfectly cooked pieces of halibut, ling cod, sockeye, and roasted potatoes on the side.

As always, a vegetable side is included with each meal!
