Sharing some of my journey. Fitness and health has become a lifelong passion for me. But it has been a long road. Changing habits and achieving goals does not happen overnight. The first photo is 5 years ago. Probably at my heaviest. I struggled with IBS in my early 20s and for over 10 years was on a low fat high carb diet. Obviously getting nowhere and only gaining more weight I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Still dealing with inflamation and no endurance I trained harder and started running. I found the keto diet and lost 35 lbs. In a short period of time. I felt great and rejuvenated. The last photo is a before and after with a 6 month difference from weight training 5 days a week ( having off weeks as well). But consistency is key! And I know i will never stop! Eating right and weight training have gotten me the results. Dont ever Give Up! Come train with me! Xoxo

Working on stability for my squats. Changing my shoes was a GAME changer. In the left picture I have my normal runners on and in the right picture I have my flat addidas. Im lazy and dont like to change shoes after I warm up. But Ive been having trouble with stability. I realized my feet and toes were not gripping the ground. My suggestion: either try to go barefoot or flat shoes. So you feel like you are glued to the floor. Engage your core and as you go down make sure your tense and imagine you are trying to split the floor apart with your feet. Pushing your knees out. Make sure you come fully back up to neutral. Come train with me !
