I had the incredible opportunity to lead the warm-up for the Run for the Lions at the beautiful Port Union Waterfront, organized by the Lions Club West Hill- Highland Creek
I love seeing people of all ages come together with one purpose to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and support a cause that makes a difference in the community. Whether you ran the 5K, tackled the 10K, or enjoyed the walk, every step counted.
As a fitness coach, moments like these remind me why I do what I do. It's not just about workouts or goal but about inspiring others to believe in themselves, embrace a healthy lifestyle, and celebrate what their bodies are capable of.
A huge thank you to the organizers for trusting me to energize such an amazing group and to everyone who showed up with enthusiasm and positive vibes. You all brought the energy, and I was honoured to be a part of it!
