It’s been a day. The type of day where you walk around feeling like there’s a pit in your stomach. *tw*

7 years ago today I lost my first baby, the one that made me a mumma. He left such a deep impact on my heart and that loss changed me to my core. Seven years and I remember it like yesterday. Seven years and tears are always nearby. Today is always hard.

To those of you who are grieving, I feel you. If you are struggling to grow your family, I see you. For those who are supporting your friends in loss, please remember to say their baby’s name. They have not forgotten, it will mean the world to know you haven’t either.
