360 Restorative Healing

I am participating in a 21 day challenge this month to create Mattering Mandalas. There is no pressure to create every day but we are encouraged to at least wander and wonder each day. Here is a few of the mandalas I have created so far. Each piece matters in making them whole, just like YOU are here in this moment to make the universe whole, without you something essential would be missing.

Hey Parry Sound……I have the opportunity to secure a treatment space in town on Fridays. This means you won’t need to travel too far for Reiki. Available appointment times would be 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. Who will be my first in town client?

Excited to share that I will be at The McKellar Market 4 Saturdays this summer- July 18 and 25 and August 15 and 22. I will be offering chair Reiki sessions, authentic Cuban art prints (creations by a Cuban friend in Holguin) and wellness resources. Stop in and say hello, sit for a 15 minute Reiki or pick up some art or books for the cottage.
