Sagra del fungo is a mushroom festival held once a year in our father Pasquale's home town of Camigliatello, Silano situated in Calabria, Italy. The celebration in October pays tribute to the local mushrooms in Camigliatello including the famous porcini.
Fratelli is celebrating until November 30th with 10 dishes using local & imported mushrooms - including wild mushroom brushetta, portobello & ricotta agnolotti, truffle gnocchi and osso buco with wild mushroom ragu.
