The Rotaract Club of Ottawa is a youth-led collective uplifting Ottawa communities through impactful action. Their "BACKPACKS OF HOPE" initiative will provide essential-item backpacks to those experiencing homelessness in downtown Ottawa. Each backpack costs $25 to prepare.
