Today, I joined the Walk to End ALS in Ottawa in memory of my dad, Randy, and in support of every person and family facing this devastating disease.

I was proud to walk alongside my family and friends Karen McCrimmon and John Fraser.

ALS changes lives in an instant. It takes far too much from far too many, but it also reveals incredible strength, resilience, and love.

I walked for my dad, for those we’ve lost, for those still fighting, and for the families and caregivers who stand beside them every step of the way.

Together, we’ll keep raising awareness, supporting research, and fighting for a future without ALS. ALS Canada

It was wonderful to attend Ottawa Eid Fest at the Sportsplex and celebrate with so many members of our community.

I enjoyed meeting local residents, connecting with small business owners, and experiencing the incredible spirit, culture, and diversity that make Nepean such a special place.

Nepean was proud to welcome riders, families, coaches, and volunteers from across Canada this weekend for the Capital City Nationals hosted by Nepean Bmx and BMX Canada .

BMX builds confidence, resilience, and community - and this event was a perfect example of that.

It was incredible to tour Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health in Toronto with Dr. Dixon, whose vision and leadership have helped make Anova a leader in reproductive health care.

It was inspiring to see firsthand the compassionate, patient-centred care being provided to individuals and families on their fertility journeys. I’m especially excited that Anova will soon be opening a satellite location in Nepean, helping improve access to reproductive health services closer to home for our community.
