Job Description

Set ups, programming, and operating CNC lathes and milling machines

Using FANUC 18i controls, and some manual programming machines, tool offsets. Operating manual lathes and mills on occasion.

1 multi tasking CNC lathe (Doosan 2000sy), 3-axis Vertical mill (Hardinge Bridgeport XP3), vertical manual mill, and Standard modern 13x40 manual lathe.

Size parts range, medium to small 35 pound max

Most parts range a few ounces to 35 lbs, Aluminum bar stock, 4140ht round bar in lathe.

Running mostly production parts depending on the project.
