Nanaimo Child Development Centre

The Nanaimo Child Development Centre's CYD Teen Volunteer Group held a bottle drive over two days this month in support of Silly Boat Regatta fundraising efforts for the Centre. They managed to raise more than $500! Thank you to community members who contributed, with a special shoutout to the Lantzville Pub for donating so many bottles!

The Nanaimo Child Development Centre had a great time participating in the Nanaimo Pride Parade today! We were excited for the opportunity to celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and to express acceptance, allyship and love.

Outdoor Play Day, an event to highlight outdoor inclusion for children and youth with disabilities, happens on June 30 at Westwood Lake Park. A registration link can be found in the comments ⬇
