If you’ve been thinking about adding table wine service but feel like you’re too far along in planning — you’re not.
This is one of those details that can be added later and still completely elevate your day.
Table wine service keeps your dinner flowing, minimizes bar lines, and creates a more seamless guest experience overall. It also brings a level of intention to your reception that people notice, even if they can’t quite put their finger on why it feels so polished.
It’s a simple upgrade, but it changes the energy of the venue in the best way.

Check out these wedding bar tips you may not have thought of !
• plan for 1 bartender per 65-70 guests. This will make sure you keep lines short and service smooth.
• most weddings need 1-1.5 pounds of ice per person for a 4-5 hour reception!
• offering 1-2 signature cocktails is the sweet spot. It keeps service fast and honestly makes it easier for your guests to- a simplified menu is where it’s at ( I’ll die on that hill)
• don’t forget about non-alcoholic options. Mocktails are perfect !
• a well designed bar setup becomes a focal point of the reception and enhances guest experience.
