Mindfulness meditation is a simple and profound practice that isn’t necessarily easy, but it is oh-so-100000x-infinity worth it.

Honestly, the heart of the practice can be done on these four steps.

And the amazing thing? Committing to these steps consistently CAN lead to your freedom from suffering, which can lead to the freedom from suffering for all beings, no-one excluded, no-one exploited.
