You've been waiting so long, you started calling it wasted time.

But the Hebrew word behind "wait" in Isaiah 40:31 is qavah — and it doesn't mean sitting still. It means to twist. To bind together. Like strands of a rope wound tightly around something solid. The kind of waiting that takes everything you've got and wraps it around God — until you're so intertwined with Him that when He moves, you move.

Isaiah 40:31 says: "But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."

That word renew — in Hebrew, chalaph — means to exchange. To pass through. God isn't patching your old strength back together. He's giving you a completely new supply.

The mounting up. The running. The walking. Three different seasons, all sustained by the same source.

Eagles don't flap frantically to rise. They catch the thermal — a current they didn't create — and simply spread their wings. Your waiting positions you for that current. You are not behind. You are being prepared.

God doesn't waste the waiting. He's binding your life to His purposes, strand by strand.

Dios no lo ha olvidado. Él no puede olvidarlo. Vino de Él.

En hebreo, lo que recibiste se llama chazon. No es un sueño vacío ni un deseo sin fundamento. Es una visión profética — algo que Dios te mostró directamente. Y Habacuc 2:3 lo dice claramente: tiene un tiempo señalado. Hablará. No mentirá. Y aunque tarde — ciertamente vendrá.

No te inventaste esa visión. Dios planta visiones en las personas que tiene planeado usar. Él no te muestra un futuro que no tiene intención de darte.

Dieu ne l'a pas oublié. Il ne peut pas l'oublier. C'est Lui qui te l'a donné.

En hébreu, ce que tu as reçu s'appelle le chazon. Ce n'est pas un simple désir, ni une rêverie. C'est une vision prophétique — quelque chose que Dieu t'a montré directement. Et Habacuc 2:3 le dit clairement : cette vision a un temps fixé. Elle parlera. Elle ne mentira pas. Et même si elle tarde — elle viendra certainement.

Tu n'as pas inventé cette vision. Dieu plante des visions dans le coeur des personnes qu'Il a l'intention d'utiliser. Il ne te montre pas un avenir qu'Il n'a pas l'intention de te donner.

L'espace entre la vision et le moment où elle se réalise n'est pas un silence. C'est une préparation. Dieu construit ce que tu ne vois pas encore. Il ouvre des portes, aligne des moments, prépare des chemins — tout cela pour l'heure fixée de ton chazon.

Ce soir, tu n'as pas besoin de t'agiter. Tu n'as pas besoin de tout comprendre. Tu n'as pas à forcer ce que Dieu a déjà mis en mouvement.

Respire. La vision est encore vivante. Et tu en es plus proche ce soir que tu ne l'as jamais été.

That thing you saw in your heart — the one you've almost stopped believing in.

God has not forgotten it. He cannot forget it. It came from Him.

There's a Hebrew word for what you were given: chazon. It means prophetic vision — not a daydream, not wishful thinking. A sight. Something God showed you directly. Habakkuk 2:3 says it plainly: the vision has an appointed time. It will speak. It will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it — because it will surely come.

You didn't make that vision up. God puts visions in people He plans to use. He doesn't show you a future He has no intention of giving you.

The gap between your vision and the moment it arrives is not silence. That gap is preparation. God is building what you cannot yet see. He is moving people, opening doors, aligning moments — all for the appointed time of your chazon.

Tonight, you don't have to strive. You don't have to figure it out. You don't have to force what God has already set in motion.

Just breathe. The vision is still alive. And you are closer to it tonight than you have ever been.

"Se remontarán con alas como las águilas." Isaías no escribió simplemente "águila" — escribió נֶשֶׁר — Nesher (Strong's H5404). El águila real. La que es famosa por una sola cosa:

No agita las alas.

El Nesher encuentra una corriente térmica — una columna de aire caliente que sube de la tierra — despliega sus enormes alas y deja que el viento lo lleve más alto de lo que jamás podría volar con su propio esfuerzo. Los pastores hebreos de la antigüedad observaban a esta ave desaparecer en el cielo sin un solo aleteo y comprendían exactamente por qué Dios la eligió como símbolo.

Esa es precisamente la vida que Dios te está prometiendo hoy.

Le Nesher trouve un courant thermique — une colonne d'air chaud qui monte de la terre — écarte ses larges ailes et laisse le vent le porter plus haut qu'il ne pourrait jamais voler par sa propre force. Les bergers hébreux de l'Antiquité regardaient cet oiseau disparaître dans le ciel sans un seul battement d'aile, et ils comprenaient exactement pourquoi Dieu l'avait choisi comme symbole.

C'est précisément cette vie que Dieu te promet aujourd'hui.

Non pas "essaie plus fort." Ceux qui attendent le Seigneur — le mot hébreu est qavah (H6960), qui signifie s'entortiller avec Lui comme des brins de corde qui s'entrelacent pour une force combinée — s'élèveront. Non par l'effort. Par l'alignement.

The Hebrew word inside Isaiah 40:31 just stopped me cold this morning.

"They shall mount up with wings like eagles." Most of us read that and feel a spark before the day swallows us whole. But Isaiah didn't just write "eagle." He wrote Nesher — the Hebrew word is נֶשֶׁר (Strong's H5404). The griffin eagle. The one famous for doing something no other bird could.

It doesn't flap.

The Nesher finds a thermal current — a column of warm air rising from the earth — spreads its wide wings, and lets the wind carry it higher than it could ever fly on its own strength. Ancient Hebrews watched this bird disappear into the sky without a single beat of its wings and understood immediately why God chose it as a symbol.

That is exactly what God is promising you today.

Not try harder. Not white-knuckle it through Thursday. Those who wait on the LORD — the Hebrew word is qavah, which means to twist yourself together with God the way rope strands intertwine for combined strength — they shall rise. Not by effort. By alignment.

You are not built to exhaust yourself flapping. You are built to find His current and let it carry you.
