Woodland Grey at the Midwest WeirdFest Film Festival! Are we excited? hellz yeah!

6th Annual MidWest WeirdFest Announces First Programming Wave The cinematic celebration of all things fantastic, frightening, paranormal, and just plain weird, is now in its 6th year. The festival takes place March 4-6, 2022 at the Micon Downtown Cinema in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

The last film in development to present to you this week is an over-the-top comedy called “Guts. Rot. Blood. Gore.”
Danny Williams Jr, A Hollywood movie star, is court ordered to community service at a small high school in rural Canada where he helps a group of bored teenage students make a horror film. Danny becomes concerned that this may ruin his career when the students challenge themselves to make the goriest film ever made.

Another film in development is called “Method”. It's a high-tension, claustrophobic, mindf**k of a thriller that mischievously breaks the fourth wall to include the audience in its discussions about fame, perfection and the art of making films.

Another film currently in development is a film called "Island On The Tiber". In the fall of 1943, when the Nazi's invaded Rome, several brave Italian doctors attempted to save Jews in their hospital by creating the fictional disease "Syndrome K" to quarantine them from the Nazi's. This film is based on that incredible true story that took place at the historical Fatebenefratelli Catholic Hospital in Rome.
