What a week-end !! As you may know The Olympia is our Super Bowl(without the commercials 🤣) Bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts and fitness influencers come to this event to celebrate and crowned the best the sport as to offer.
This one was special because my son .v.c.o came with me for the first time and to say I was happy would be an understatement! Merci Paco pour TOI et je suis tellement fier de toi!

24 hours as past and I’m still trying to grasp the idea of the passing of the most influential in my life. He molded my childhood and got me in the passion of my life:bodybuilding! Before I saw The Terminator or Conan I saw my hero beat the Iron Shiek!
Before I saw Lee Haney bench I saw my hero body slammed Andre The Giant.
I don’t really care about Terry Bollea but II do care about The Hulkster! Thank you for making my childhood great, thank you for being bigger than life, thank you for making love wrestling/sports entertainment and thank you for giving me my love for bodybuilding. Hulkamamia will live forever!
