💜Do you find yourself being a "good girl" in your life?⁣

I people pleased A LOT in the past. And still catch myself in these cycles. I never said no to clients or friends. I made sure the house was always clean and meals were always on the table for my family.⁣

But most of all, I always had a deep fear of dressing "𝒔𝒆𝒙𝒚" - and felt very uncomfortable when men flirted with me growing up. I had it ingrained in me that it wasn't “good” to be noticed, and that men wouldn't value me for who I really was if I was connected to my sexuality and sensuality.⁣ 😮 Through those beliefs I failed to see that my sexuality is actually a very core part of me. I was missing out on so much pleasure, and not just the sexual kind!

Because ultimately, sensual energy is creative energy. It’s at the core of that spark you may feel you’re missing. In your relationship, in your business in YOURSELF!

So now, I've learned to follow my flow, plan my months and activities with and not against my natural cycle and to celebrate my body and my sexuality regularly! ⁣

Most of all I celebrate ALL of my emotions and ups and downs. I'm no longer afraid to cry or scream into a pillow or dance around like a crazy wild woman if I need to! 😂

Calling all perfectionist! 🔊

If you’re like many of us, you tend to have perfectionist tendencies.

So what can you do when your expectations for yourself fly through the roof?

🧘🏻‍♀️Here are a few awarenesses exercises:

1.Actually become present to what you are expecting of yourself! It’s amazing how long we can go so busy in our to do lists that we are not actually present to our expectations.
Write then down! Are they realistic within the time frame you have set?
Have you set yourself up for support? How and who can you ask for support.

2. Bring awareness to where you’re at in your cycle. Certain tasks are better done at particular times of the month, on a physical, hormonal and emotional level. 3. Listen to a “loving kindness” meditation or even just take several breaks in the day with your hand on your heart and affirm to yourself what your heart needs to hear.
