Ce n'est pas parce qu'une personne est MINCE qu'elle est en bonne santé.

Un corps sain est celui qui est nourri avec des aliments végétaux et animaux comme Mère Nature nous les a fournis, comme le brocoli, les œufs, l'olive, la viande, les légumes à feuilles vertes, l'avocat, le poisson, le beurre, le poulet, les noix et les graines…

Un corps qui vit constamment de glucides raffinés transformés (pain, pizza, pâtes…) et de sucre (boissons gazeuses, jus de fruits commerciaux, viennoiseries , sucreries…) deviendra enflammé de manière chronique. Et l'inflammation chronique, comme nous le savons tous, entraîne une myriade de symptômes et de maladies allant du ballonnement et des gaz à l'arthrite, à la maladie d'Alzheimer, à l'eczéma, au psoriasis, à l'hypercholestérolémie, au SCI,… et bien plus encore.

En fin de compte, une personne pesant 100kg se nourrissant des aliments naturels entiers, même si elle est en surpoids pourrait être en meilleure santé qu'une personne de 50kg ayant un régime riche en glucides et en sucre.

Être en bonne santé va bien au-delà de notre apparence physique, la NOURRITURE que nous consommons a un impact énorme sur la santé de notre Corps et de notre Cerveau!

Contrary to common belief, FASTING is not dangerous in the context of INTERMITTENT FASTING (16/8, 18/6…), One Meal A Day (OMAD) and 1-3 days FAST.
